Just bought a house and the pool was absolutely horrendous. I contacted Steven and he was able to get us on the schedule pretty quick for a complete drain to clean, cleaning. He went the extra mile and provided some extra services in order to get this pool back up and running. The prices are also great compared to some of the other companies I contacted. Steven also understood the importance of trying to get the parts that were already there to work instead of telling me to buy all new equipment, after just closing on the house. He didn’t push to get all new equipment like another company told me without trying to hear my concerns. I would definitely recommend using Suns Out Buns Out Pools for all of your pool service needs.

The salt cell went down yesterday and alerted Steve at SOBOP, and it is installed today. Looking

We recently moved to Texas and built our first pool, and Suns Out Buns Out was highly recommended by one of our neighbors. From day one, Steven has gone above and beyond anything we expected from a pool service company.
When our pool was completed, Steven worked directly with our pool builder during startup, helping adjust the programming and flow rates to ensure the water chemistry remained properly balanced. He also helped us program our pool cleaning robot and coordinate its schedule with the pool’s operating schedule. As a mechanical engineer, Steven brought an additional level of expertise that was incredibly valuable. Since this is our first pool, having someone who could explain the equipment, optimize the settings, and answer our questions gave us tremendous peace of mind.
All of this support came in addition to the outstanding weekly cleaning and maintenance services that Suns Out Buns Out provides. Each week, Steven sends a detailed report that includes water chemistry readings, chemicals added, services performed (such as brushing, filter cleaning, and robot maintenance), and photos of the pool. The communication and transparency are exceptional.
We also appreciate how proactive Steven is. If we know we’ll be hosting a party or expecting a lot of swimmers, we simply let him know and he’ll make any necessary chemical adjustments beforehand. As a result, our pool is always clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy.
We couldn’t be happier with the level of service, professionalism, and expertise we’ve received from Suns Out Buns Out. We highly recommend them to any pool owner looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused pool care.
